PRACTICE EXPERIENCE
Haziq has handled a variety of local and cross-border
civil disputes and criminal matters in the Singapore
Courts. Haziq also has considerable experience in
arbitration proceedings.
Haziq’s practice involves
dealing with a wide array of commercial disputes, with a
particular focus on landlord and tenant related
disputes. Haziq also has experience with handling claims
under the recently enacted Protection from Harassment
Act.
