PRACTICE EXPERIENCE
Michelle Loh’s main areas of practice are in Banking
& Finance and include debt restructuring of public
listed companies and private companies; syndicated and
bilateral loans to public listed and private companies;
term loans and revolving credit facilities; floating
rate notes; loan asset sales; asset financing; trade
financing; general banking advisory; due diligence;
drafting of standard legal documentation for banks and
general corporate matters.
Michelle also has experience in civil litigation
matters involving company-related litigation, debt
recovery, land disputes, bankruptcy and winding-up, and
family matters involving divorce and adoption, trust,
probate and administration.
