PRACTICE EXPERIENCE
Patricia has 20 years of conveyancing legal practice. She was one of the founding partners and the head of the conveyancing department of a well known Singapore law firm before joining Legis Point LLC.
Patricia is well experienced with a wide variety of conveyancing work including acting for developers in development projects, acting for banks in corporate banking transactions as well as mortgage transactions for both residential and commercial properties. She also has experience in en-bloc projects and tenancy agreements acting for landlords of buildings.
