PRACTICE EXPERIENCE
Anne-Marie John is an Associate Director in the dispute
resolution team at Legis Point LLC.
She has litigation
experience in company, probate and employment disputes
as well as corporate insolvency. She has also worked on
disputes administered by the Singapore International
Arbitration Centre.
Some of the significant
reported cases that she has been involved in include the
Court of Appeal matter in Ho Yew Kong V Sakae Holdings
Ltd [2018] SGCA 33 and the High Court matter in Ho Yew
Kong V ERC Holdings Pte Ltd & KPM Holdings Pte Ltd
[2018] SGHC 258.
In addition to litigation
work, Anne- Marie has experience in advising companies
navigating employment issues such as termination of
employees.
Anne-Marie was admitted as
an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court in
Singapore in August 2015 and has been with Legis Point
LLC since January 2017.
